TEAMWORK:  We work closely with the on-site manager and client representative to ensure a well-coordinated, well-executed parking plan.

KNOWLEDGE:  Every parking plan begins with research.  We conduct a market analysis that enables us to formulate operational and pricing strategies that cater to the demand of the consumer, and capitalize on the facility’s particular position in the market.

EXPERIENCE: We know that the parking business requires constant supervision and monitoring, sound judgment is vital to its profitability.  We hire people with strong operational and service backgrounds, thus offering clients the best skills for the appointed tasks.

RELATIONSHIPS:  We value our excellent relationships with our clients and vendors.  Our clients, prior to implementation, approve all parking expenditures.  We believe strong professional ties with vendors result in enhanced service and responsiveness, while also fostering a better environment for stronger negotiations.

SITE SPECIFIC:  Each of our clients has different operational needs.  Whether a client views it’s parking as a profit center, or as an amenity to its adjoining real estate, we are able to customize the parking plan to effectively achieve their appointed goals.

ACCOUNTABILITY:  We audit revenue, monthly contracts, tickets, and deposits at each facility.  Reports are produced according to the client’s schedule, and any variances are thoroughly investigated and explained.

REPORTING:  We recognize that reporting serves as a vital tool in communicating the progress and profitability of a parking operation.  Our monthly statements are geared towards providing the property manager with accurate and simple to read detailed reports of all income generated at the facility

COMMUNICATION:  Parking Network follows-up on a monthly basis to ensure quality control and answer any questions that may need to be addressed.  It also serves as an opportunity for you to evaluate our performance.
